We hire slowly and rarely. We look for senior operators who genuinely enjoy the craft - paid media specialists, technical SEOs, AEO researchers, and a handful of generalists who want to define a new discipline.
How we work
Four non-negotiables.
Remote by default
No office, no forced hours. The team spans multiple time zones and works async. We care about the output, not where or when you produced it.
Build in public
We publish research, share playbooks and contribute to how the AEO industry develops. Your work gets attribution.
Paid for expertise
We'd rather pay one experienced specialist properly than three juniors cheaply. Rates reflect the work you own, not hours on a timesheet.
