Google Ads Account Manager
Role Description
We’re looking for a Google Ads Account Manager who knows how to turn data into real business growth. You’ll manage and scale e-commerce accounts spending £15k+ per month, working directly with founders, marketing leads, and internal creative teams to drive measurable performance. This isn’t a role for people who want to “manage campaigns” - it’s for someone who understands the bigger picture: how paid search fits into growth strategy, how to spot patterns in data, and how to push accounts forward week after week.
At DomiSearch, we value clarity, ownership, and speed. You’ll have full control over your accounts - with support when you need it, but the freedom to make decisions and test ideas. You’ll be surrounded by a team that cares about getting better every single day, not just looking busy.
Responsibilities
You’ll take full control of each account, from structure and scaling to reporting and creative collaboration.
Develop end-to-end Google Ads strategies across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
Build and optimise campaigns focused on long-term scalability and profitability
Manage budgets, pacing, and ROAS tracking with precision
Analyse data daily to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
Lead client communication, turning performance insights into clear next steps
Collaborate with design, CRO, and development teams to improve landing page performance
Produce clear, actionable reports that highlight results, context, and next moves
Experience
You’ll bring at least two years of experience managing e-commerce Google Ads accounts spending £15k+ per month, ideally across multiple industries or product types. You should be confident handling complex account structures, feed optimisation, and attribution tracking, and comfortable discussing data with clients in a way that builds trust and confidence. You thrive in environments where initiative is rewarded, and performance speaks louder than process.
Nice to have
Experience with feed management tools like DataFeedWatch or Channable, familiarity with Microsoft Ads, and exposure to landing page testing or CRO frameworks. A strong creative eye for ad copy and visuals would also help you stand out.
If you’re driven by outcomes, value autonomy, and want to work in a fast-moving team where results matter more than titles, this is your place.
